Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Figured app. Your licence to use the app itself is granted under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; the points below add what's specific to Figured. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Each account is for one person — your progress, Nora conversations and certificates are personal to you.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for what that removes.

Figured Premium

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is taken by Apple from your Apple ID when you confirm. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• AI features are subject to fair-use limits per account (currently 30 AI requests a day and 300 a month) so the service stays sustainable for everyone. If you reach a limit, the app tells you when it resets.

Nora and AI feedback

• Nora's replies and the feedback on your answers are generated by AI. They're meant to help you practise and reflect, and can sometimes be wrong or incomplete — use your own judgement.
• Figured is a learning tool. It isn't professional careers, legal, medical or mental-health advice, and Nora is not a crisis service.

Using Figured fairly

Please don't misuse the app — for example by trying to break or overload it, getting around its limits, or using it to create harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes

We may update these terms as Figured develops. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app.
